No Refunds

All our users are subject to our Refund Policy.

NO REFUND, TOTAL OR PARTIAL, WILL BE ISSUED BY US WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION.

All downloads, whether they are free or associated with a payment, are subject to our Download Policy. Please review the Download Policy of each service before making any download.

Modifications

We may revise these Legal Terms from time to time, and will always post the most current version on our website.

These Legal Terms can and may be modified, altered, edited or changed at our sole discretion without notice. We may at our own discretion and unilaterally, without notifying you, change, modify, supplement or otherwise amend these Legal Terms at any time, for which Krosat under any reason or circumstance do not need your permission.

Entire Agreement

This legal agreement has all the terms and conditions agreed and accepted between You and Us, for which it is recognized and understood that this legal agreement is unique and based on the statements contained herein.

No contract, guarantee, promise, agreement, attach, annex, document or other oral and/or written agreement prior or subsequent is valid in the legal connection of this legal agreement, unless expressly written and delimited in this document as in the case of our Legal Policies and Terms of Use.

Severability

If any provision, part, application or execution of this legal agreement proves to be invalid, unenforceable or void by mandate of an authority with competent jurisdiction shall be deemed replaced by a valid enforceable term that reflects the original provision as faithfully as possible or shall be eliminated as necessary to comply with said judicial mandate.

In addition, any provision required by the Law is incorporated into this legal agreement, the rest of this agreement and its provisions will remain in full force and effect not being affected.

Therefore, it is agreed that the invalidity or in-applicability of any provision of this legal agreement will not affect the validity or enforceable of any other provision thereof, such other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Breach of Obligations

The fact that we allow, one or several times, that you comply imperfectly, comply in a different way to the agreed one or does not comply with any of the provisions of this legal agreement and does not insist on the exact fulfillment of such provisions, does not alter or changes the validity and force of what is agreed in this legal agreement and does not give you the right to exercise any right, power, renunciation or privilege, for which you will not be exempted from your acts.

Assignment

You cannot assign any of your rights under this legal agreement any attempt to assign your obligations in this agreement will be void.

We may assign our rights to any successor in the interest of any business associated with the Services.

Compensation

You agree not to seek compensation from us, our affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, actions or demands, including, but not limited to legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from: any user content; any Material; the use of any Services; the breach of our Legal Terms.

Jurisdiction and Controversy

This Agreement is subject to legislation of Panama, any litigation or controversy in relation to this agreement must be resolved in the corresponding courts of justice of Panama, previous attempt of conciliation or private agreement between the PARTIES.

General Provisions

Titles/Sections/Format/Wording

Titles, sections, format titles, general formats, and paragraph on our Legal Terms are for convenience of reference and shall not affect the construction of any provision of our Legal Agreement.

Words in the singular mean and include the plural and vice versa. Words in the masculine mean and include the feminine and vice versa.

Currency

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any amount or number that refers to money is expressed in US Dollars legal tender of United States of America.

Manifestations

The PARTIES declare that they understand all the provisions of this Agreement with full and complete use and enjoyment of all their physical and mental faculties and that they in turn accept all the provisions of this Legal Agreement freely and voluntarily.

Language

For any judicial provision of interpretation of this legal agreement including legal policies and terms of use will be used the Spanish language and the Spanish version of this legal agreement. This provision excludes only the GPL License that will be used for judicial interpretation in the English language.

Including

When used in our Legal Terms, the term “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”
