Each and every element of WordPress (which includes themes and plugins) are licensed under the General Public License (GPL).

This means that once we have purchased the item, we can redistribute it if we so choose to.

Your membership and the membership of the rest member of Krosat are invested towards purchase, maintain and renew subscriptions with the genuine authors of each theme and plugin.

This form of crowdfunding or group-buying helps to keep prices low, which allows us to pass on that benefit to all our members.

Each membership has several advantages: you get access to download the products from the repository also the updates or addition that are covered by the membership.

Does the membership include technical support?

Yes and no, it will depend on what is being referred to with technical support, for this we make a distinction between support for the products and support of our platform.

At Krosat we provide full support regarding your membership and any difficulties you may have to transfer files from our platform to your computer.

Support for products

In relation to technical support or technical assistance of each particular product (plugin / theme), the answer is:

No, the membership does not include technical support for the products.

We are not developers of the products, so our technical support capabilities are limited. We do not change the functionality of the product and we do not correct errors of the developers.

We do not provide any support for the installation, modification and implementation of the products.

If you think you will need technical assistance regarding a plugin or theme, we recommend buying the product directly from the author (developer).

Or alternatively you can hire an independent professional to provide technical assistance.

The fact of not offering assistance or technical support is one of the reasons why we can offer the products at such a low price.

How long is the membership?

We currently offer subscriptions with monthly frequency only, with automatic renewal.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, of course, you can cancel your subscription when you wish, just remember that once your membership is canceled, you will not be able to access the downloads of our site.

Will I receive automatic updates of the products?

No, we do not offer automatic updates to the products.

All the updates will be available for manual download from our platform and you will have to update them manually.

If you want to have automatic updates, we recommend buying the product directly from the developer.

What is the Registration Code?

The registration code or support license key is a service used by the developer to manage automatic updates.

Because the updates are handled by Krosat via direct downloads from our website is not necessary to enter the registration code or support license key (or any other name that the developer gives this service).

Can the plugin / theme be installed and used without a registration code?

Yes, most plugins / themes can be used without entering a registration code.

The plugin / theme will work exactly and in the same way with or without entering the registration code, since these codes are only required to obtain automatic updates from the developer, they are not required for its operation or installation.

Developers implement these dialog boxes as a service for their customers who have paid for a support license key.

Where can I find the Registration Code?

We do not provide registration codes or support license keys as this are services that the developers provide directly to their clients. If you want to obtain a code for a particular product, we recommend buying the product directly from the developer.

The product shows an activation message all the time that is quite annoying, what can I do about it?

As we have already mentioned, the product can be used without entering the registration code, we recommend you simply ignore these notices.

Does Krosat develop these products?

No, at the moment, none of the products you can find in Krosat are developed by us.

Who develops the products?

The products are developed by their respective authors (third parties).

To get information on the specific developer of each item, take a look at the list of products in the repository, each product has developer information.

What is Krosat's relationship with the authors?

None, we have no relationship whatsoever with the developers (authors) other than those that GPL gives us that allows us to redistribute the products.

Krosat is not affiliated, associated, or in any way related to the developers (authors) of the products distributed here.

What about the Registered Trademarks of the Developers / Authors?

All names, expressions and/or registered trademarks are used to the extent necessary to identify the product truthfully in accordance with the fair use doctrine.

Where can you see the product repository?

Our collection of products is available to the general public through tables and navigation filters, if when searching for a product you are looking for, you do not find it, it means that we do not have it in our collection.

The plugin or theme that I need is not in the Krosat collection.

If you have navigated and used our search mechanism and you have not found a specific product, it means that we do not have that product.

Can I request that a new product to be added?

Yes, active members can request that new products be added to the collection, for this we have a special form.

However, despite the fact that an application is made, it is not Krosat’s obligation to enter the new products.

That is, we (Krosat) have the final decision to enter or not a product without or with reason for it, regardless of whether or not it has been requested by one or more active members.

We in good faith, will try to add as many products as possible to our collection.

How often are new product updates released?

Generally, updates are made every 3 to 4 days, sometimes every week.

What happens if the product version on the website is not the latest?

In that case you can fill out the form for its update, we will review the case and update the product in the shortest possible time or in the next scheduled cyclic update.

Currently we only accept payments with Visa or MasterCard through PayPal.

How can I download products from Krosat?

To download products from Krosat you need to become a member.

Each repository product has a direct download link to our high-speed servers.

How long will the download link be available?

The download links are available all the time, as long as the membership is active you can download the products according to your requirements.

Are there restrictions on downloads?

Yes, unfortunately to avoid abuse and overloading our servers there are restrictions on the downloads.

The restrictions will depend on the type of membership you have.

Our download policies are focused on the fair use of our servers in order to maintain the highest level of availability and speed when you need to download a product. You can read more about this in our download policies section.

Can I download previous versions of the products?

No, you cannot download previous versions, only the latest available version listed in each product is available for download. However, in the future this option may be enabled.

Why is there no documentation in the downloaded file, or complementary files such as PSD?

Please remember that in Krosat you are not buying the product per se, you are buying the subscription to our platform that allows you to download the products without technical assistance.

That been said, sometimes we use automation systems to redistribute the plugins / themes from our work servers to our download servers. In those cases, the download file does not contain help documentation or complementary files such as PSD.

Will the product be automatically updated on my websites?

No, at this time we do not offer automatic updates to the products.

Therefore, you must upload the new versions manually in each website in which you have installed products from our collection.
